Scheduling Appointments & Availability:
Our Medical Receptionist are professionals and are ready to serve you. To improve their ability to help you, when asked tell them exactly the reason you are scheduling an appointment. This allows our receptionist to advise you of appointment availability that will best fit your needs.
We will make every attempt to schedule an appointment within 24 - 48 hours if you have an acute\urgent non life-threatening illness. However, if your situation is more urgent please let us know and we will inform one of our providers to decide the appropriate avenue of treatment. In the event you are having a medical emergency please go directly to the nearest emergency room or dial 911.
We ask that you schedule your follow up appointments while in the office during your appointment. Our schedules are tight and we want to make sure you are able to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. History and Physicals may be longer depending on availability.
There is always a provider on call for urgent or emergency concerns during non-business hours.
